Are my payments and credit cards secure?

Yes. We do not have access to any of your financial details. All payment processing is done by PayPal on their secure servers.

How do I receive the locations?

Once your payment has been processed by PayPal, you will be taken to a page which shows you the coordinates for the locations you have chosen. At the same time, an email is sent to your PayPal registered email address containing the coordinates and a receipt.

Is the location still there? What condition is it currently in?

We can not 100% guarantee the current state of a location. So much can happen, such as fires or renovations, etc.

We recommend that you check for the current state of locations before you buy.

If you know any of our locations have been destroyed or renovated, then please let us know via our Contact page.

Can I have a refund because X, Y, Z?

No refunds can be given due to the product only being digital information.

I know of a great location which isn't in your database!

Please let us know via the "Sell my locations" button on our Contact page.

We will share 50% of our sales of the location with you, via PayPal.

Do you have up to date access for X?

We only have locations in our database, not access methods, as the access can change day by day.
